The hotel itself was enchanting. The staff was accommodating and amiable when needed. The breakfast at the place was very good at good value. Very close to a bus stop, the location was magnificent and incredible, to other ski lifts. Also, I appreciated to be within 3 km of a local history museum. This was an excellent trip, I didn't feel like leaving❤

Great ski lift access and friendly staff!
Had a fantastic new year here! The hotel is located just a short walk away from the main ski lift, making it super convenient to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. The staff were always welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. Plus, the food on half board was pretty good - we especially liked the breakfast spread and the comfy beds in the rooms.
Although we loved the location and staff, the decor in the bar and lobby area of the hotel felt a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up. the food options for half board guests were a bit limited, and there were a few nights where we felt like we weren't given the same menu as other guests.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. the breakfast was delicious and included a great variety of local food. We also loved that the hotel was located just a short walk from the ski lifts and had easy access to several ski resorts in the area.
Our room was quite noisy as it faced a busy road. We had difficulty sleeping due to the traffic noise and the sounds of revellers late at night.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Linga slopes, making it easy for us to leave our ski gear and head straight to the slopes. the hotel's proximity to the river is also a plus, as it provides a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. the hotel is practically on the slopes, allowing us to have more time for skiing and less time for commuting. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the newly refurbished bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food options. the ski room was practical and secure, with a direct link to the bar where we could relax after a long day of skiing.
The hotel lacked ski boot dryers, which would have been convenient for drying our boots after a day on the slopes.

The staff at Eliova L'Eau Vive went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We were especially impressed with the excellent service provided by Cassandre, the waitress. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was only 50 meters away from the Linga lift and shuttle bus. The newly refurbished rooms and brand new bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. Additionally, the continental breakfast offered a variety of food items usually found in more upscale hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel for skiers and would definitely stay here again.
